Walk to Your Own Beat with the Kids-N-Hope Foundation!

Join the Kids-N-Hope Foundation at our annual Rhapsody & Rhythm Walk-A-Thon & 5K! This 7-day virtual event will take place from Sunday, April 7, 2024 through Saturday, April 13, 2024. Participants can walk as little or as much as they want daily to achieve their 5K goal. Any participant who raises over $50 will receive an exclusive Rhapsody & Rhythm t-shirt! 

Here's How It Works:

1.Register TODAY by selecting "Sign Up." On the sign up page, you can register as an individual, create a team, or join an existing team.

2. Fundraise and Recruit loved ones to walk with you- from a distance. Share your story on why you’re walking! Reach out to family, friends, co-workers, your employer and ask them to donate! Sharing on Social Media is also a great way to generate donations! 

3. Walk on your own time during the 7-day virtual event! The week is yours to walk in your neighborhood, community park, or wherever you choose! Take plenty of pictures and videos to share on social media.

All money raised from this event goes directly towards the Kids-N-Hope Foundation to benefit children's health and life services as well as music therapy programs at hospitals and not-for-profit organizations. To learn more about the Kids-N-Hope Foundation please visit www.KidsNHope.org.
